Spinach Pakora (पालक के पकोड़े)


Ingredients (सामग्री)

 

Spinach (पालक) ———- 200 gms

Gram-flour (बेसन) ———- 300 gms or 1-1/2 cup

Kasuri Fenugreek Seeds (कसूरी मैथी) ———- 1 spoon

Carom Seeds (अजवायन) ———- 1/2 spoon

Oil (तेल) ———- for fried

Salt (नमक) ———- To taste

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक़ कटी हुयी हरी मिर्च) ———- 2-4

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ———- 1/4 spoon

 

How to make Spinach Pakora (पालक के पकोड़े बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First clean the Spinach (पालक) and washed it 2-3 times with clean water (पानी). And keep it into strainer. (पालक धो कर छलनी में रखे).
