Potato Tortilla (पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Potato (आलू) ———- 250 gms

Onion (प्याज) ———- 2

Oil (तेल) ———- 4 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ———- To taste

Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ———- To taste

Egg (अंडे) ———- 4

Chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) ———- 2 tablespoon


How to make Potato Tortilla (पोटैटो टॉरटिल्ला बनाने की विधि)


-> First peel the Potato (आलू) and washed it with clean water (पानी). Now cuts the Potato (आलू) into 2 m.m. thick pieces and dry it with kitchen paper. (आलू छिल कर धो ले और २ मिमी। मोटे टुकडो में काट ले)
