Moong Pancakes (मूंगदाल का चीला)


Ingredients (सामग्री)

 

Moong Dal (मूंगदाल) ———- 2 cup or 400 gms

Fresh Cheese (ताजा पनीर) ———- 100 gms

Asafetida (हींग) ———- 2 pinch

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ———- 1/2 cup

Salt (नमक) ———- To taste

Oil (तेल) ———- 3-4 spoon

Grated Ginger (कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक) ———- 1 spoon

Chopped green Chili (बारीक काटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ———- 2-3

 

How to make Moong Pancakes (मूंगदाल का चीला बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First washed the Moong Dal (मूंगदाल) and soaked it into water (पानी) for 4-5 hours and grated the Fresh Cheese (ताजा पनीर). (मूंगदाल धो कर पानी में भिगो दे और पनीर कस ले)
