Corn flour Mathri (मक्के के आटे की मठरी)


Ingredients (सामग्री)

 

Corn flour (मक्के का आटा) ———- 1/2 Kg

Salt (नमक) ———- 1-1/2 smallspoon

Celery (अजवायन) ———- 2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ———- For fried

 

How to make Corn flour Mathri (मक्के के आटे की मठरी बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First you filtrate (छानना) the Corn flour (मक्के का आटा) in a rosette (थाली). (मक्के के आटे को छाने)

 

-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Celery (अजवायन) + 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very well. (आटे मे नमक + अजवायन + तेल मिलाये)

 

-> Now with the help of water (पानी) make a smooth dough. Keep this dough for 30 minute. (पानी की सहायता से नरम आटे की तरह गूंथ लीजिये).
