Aloo Tikki (आलू की टिक्की)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Potato (आलू) ———- 500gms

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ———- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ———- To taste

Bread (ब्रैड) ———- 4

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ———- 1/4 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ———- 1/4 smallspoon

Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) ———- 1 cup

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ———- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ———- 1 smallspoon

Refined oil or Desi Ghee (रिफाइन्ड तेल या देशी घी) ———- 3-4 tablespoon

How to make Aloo Tikki (आलू की टिक्की बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Potato (आलू) and boiled it. After it grind the Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) into mixi. You also grind the Bread (ब्रैड) into grinder and make a powder. (ब्रैड को मिक्सी में पीस कर पाउडर कर लीजिये). (आलू उबाले और हरी मटर के दाने, ब्रैड को अलग अलग पीस ले)
